1. Before placing
your order you must satisfy yourself that the parts you are
ordering are correct for your vehicle.
2. It is your
responsibility to provide the correct details when you place
your order. Please ensure that the card address given is the
address where your card is registered to or this will result
in a delay to your order. We accept payments from cards which
are registered within the UK.
3. Due to increasing
fraud if we suspect an order to be suspicous or fraudulent,
goods will not be dispatched.
4. It is your
responsibilty to ensure the delivery address details are correct.
If you enter an incorrect address this will result in your
delivery being mis-routed and your postal charges will be
doubled as our courier charges us again to redirect the parcel.
5. As we are
a manufacturing company from time to time we may be out of
stock of an item, if your order is urgent please telephone
us to check stock before placing your order
6. All telephone
calls are recorded so in the case of a dispute over what was
ordered we are able to check the call. If it is our fault
the mistake will be rectified immediately at our expense.
If it is the customers fault conditions 7, 8 and 9 will apply.
It is not possible to replay calls over the phone.
7. Any goods to
be returned must have a returns number to be provided by ourselves.
8. Goods returned
may incur a handling charge of up to 15% as well as any postal
costs derived from the sale.
9. Any goods
returned must be packed in the same manner as they were received
to ensure they do not get damaged in transit Any goods that
are obviously badly packed will be refused and returned to
the customer.
10. Unfortunately
we are currently only accepting national deliveries as we
are unable to get reasonable quotes on postage for orders
delivered abroad and the rate of damage that we suffer is
far greater than any money that we make. Should these circumstances
change our website will be updated accordingly.
11. We aim to
treat our customers with respect and think it only fair that
we are treated the same. Once a customer becomes abusive we
will terminate all connection and cancel any outstanding orders.
