1 Before placing your order you must satisfy yourself that
the parts you are ordering are correct for your vehicle.
2 All telephone calls are recorded so in the case of a dispute
over what was ordered we are able to check the call. If it
is our fault the mistake will be rectified immediately at
our expense. If it is the customers fault conditions 3, 4
and 5 apply. It is not possible to replay calls over the phone.
3 Any goods to be returned must have a returns number to
be provided by ourselves.
4 Goods returned may incur a handling charge of up to 15%
as well as any postal costs derived from the sale.
5 Any goods returned must be packed in the same manner as
they were received to ensure they do not get damaged in transit
Any goods that are obviously badly packed will be refused
and returned to the customer
